In a small bowl, add the butter, salt and dill. Make sure the dill is chopped into tiny pieces. Mix everything together with a wooden spoon until smooth. Set this aside
Add the sliced radishes to another bowl and squeeze the juice of the lemon over them. Give them a stir and watch as they turn a slight pinkish hue :)
Toast your bread to your liking, and slather with a generous serving of butter.
Layer the radishes in a thin even layer, topped with more flakey salt if desired and eat warm!
