Begin by toasting the ciabatta bread.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to a bowl. Roughly tear the herbs and add them in as well.
Add the spices, olive oil, and lemon juice. Grate in the clove of garlic and toss. Season to taste.
Layer the smoked salmon on the ciabatta first, then top with the tomato salad.
Add more herbs if desired and a crack of black pepper and serve!
