Preheat the oven to 350F.
Thinly slice the apple into crescent slices. Make each slice as this as possible, since the goal is to lay them flat on the toast.
OPTIONAL: put your bread slices under a broiler for 2 minutes to get one side of the bread toasted. If you need to skip this step, that's totally fine!
Spread a layer of tahini on each piece of bread. If you opted to toast the bread, spread the tahini on the toasted side.
Lay down a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on the sheet, creating a rough shape of the bread you are using. The bread will be placed on top of the almonds, so try to match the shape as best as possible.
Drizzle honey directly on top of the almonds, then layer the apples on top of the honey.
Place the tahini-side of the bread directly on top of the apple slices.
Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350F, remove when the side of the bread that you can see has started to toast, or when you see the honey has begun to caramelize.
Let the toasts rest for 2 minutes out of the oven, then flip over onto a plate and carefully remove the parchment paper.
Eat right away :)
