Gather skewers that are 6 to 8 inches long.
Slice your peaches into wedges, and slice the halloumi into 1" by 1" pieces. Try to have the peach slices and the halloumi be the same thickness. This is so that when you grill them, an equal surface area will be touching the pan.
Assemble each skewer by alternating between peach slices and halloumi slices. Make it so that the skewers can lay flat in the pan.
Put a skillet on medium-high heat. Once warm, add the skewers to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the peaches are slightly charred and the halloumi is a rich golden brown.
