Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, vanilla and sugars until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix until no dry flour spots remain.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
In an 8x8' parchment lined baking sheet, pour in the batter.
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. These bars will puff up and then collapse slightly, and that's a good thing!
Once out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
