Thinly slice your citrus, removing the skins so that you have hexagon shaped pieces.
Lightly toast your spices on a dry pan and add them into a large bowl with the protein powder and water. Stir to combine into a thick paste. The amount of water needed will vary based on your preferred protein, so add more as needed!
Mix together the honey and yogurt.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, dollop alternating scoops of the protein powder and yogurt. Swirl together with a knife until you have a surface that is about 1/2 cm thick.
Spread the citrus on top of the yogurt. It can overlap in places, but the design is up to you!
Freeze for 6-12 hours, then slice into 12 even pieces and serve!
