Sticky Toffee Pudding Pumpkin Pie

This is a new-and-improved version of the recipe I made last year, which you can still find here. It is a much easier pie that mimics a combination between pecan pie and pumpkin pie, with a bit of butterscotch thrown…

Cornmeal Brown Butter Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe started with one idea, one dream: Cornmeal Brown Butter. And let me tell you, once you try cornmeal brown butter, I don’t think you’ll be able to feel the same way about desserts (desserts/dessert-breakfasts?) ever again. The first…

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Cocktail

This Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Cocktail is a spin on a pineapple sour, with an ode to the classic, vintage and granny-esque (in a good way!) pineapple upside-down cake. The cake part comes from a dose of nutmeg and cinnamon, adding…

Homemade Marshmallows

Did someone say Tiramisu Marshmallows and Salted Sesame Marshmallows? Well, that’s me. I’m someone. These are the kinds of homemade marshmallows you should be making, and they aren’t just for a glass of hot chocolate. Homemade marshmallows aren’t that difficult…

Cinnamon-Smoked Lambrusco Cocktail

This cocktail is just sexy. Mandarin orange bourbon mingles with deep red lambrusco in a cinnamon-smoked glass. You’ll feel like the holidays are wrapping their arms around you, even though you’re just drinking a boozy glass of chilled, bubbly red….

It felt like not nearly enough time, but I’ll add a list of favorites to the newsletter this week! (then look out for my post with Barilla, where the sauce literally gets made)

Grilled corn with Smoky Sesame Hot Honey and @athe Grilled corn with Smoky Sesame Hot Honey and @athenosfeta chunks, my favorite summer side to serve right now #AthenosPartner

The salty Athenos Feta Chunk just proves that #FoodNeedsFeta because this corn would feel a little naked without it. While the sesame hot honey is one of my favorite things, it needs a little saltiness from the feta to make it sing. Sweet corn, salty feta, hot honey - work so well together.

Athenos Fets chunks are some of my favorite cheese to purchase, it’s so versatile and can really be a topper for anything. You can find it in your grocery store and I hope this recipe makes it to one of your summer parties!
