Baked Cabbage Salad with Winter Romesco

I have been making a lot of baked salads this winter (it’s my calling!) but this baked cabbage salad with winter romesco has a special place in my heart. First, it has my two favorite vegetables, savoy cabbage and delicata…

Gochujang Butter Salmon

You know by now I’m a girl who loves gochujang, but this Gochujang Butter Salmon is truly unique. It’s quick (under 30 minutes, or 20 if you’re speedy!), rich, complex and slightly spicy. Plus, the salmon comes out perfectly every…

Charred Fennel Soup

Fennel is so deeply misunderstood, and this charred fennel soup is on a mission to help change that. Also….I feel like only hot people really like fennel. Truly, I’ve never met a mediocre-looking person who really LOVES fennel. Every fennel…

Grilled corn with Smoky Sesame Hot Honey and @athe Grilled corn with Smoky Sesame Hot Honey and @athenosfeta chunks, my favorite summer side to serve right now #AthenosPartner

The salty Athenos Feta Chunk just proves that #FoodNeedsFeta because this corn would feel a little naked without it. While the sesame hot honey is one of my favorite things, it needs a little saltiness from the feta to make it sing. Sweet corn, salty feta, hot honey - work so well together.

Athenos Fets chunks are some of my favorite cheese to purchase, it’s so versatile and can really be a topper for anything. You can find it in your grocery store and I hope this recipe makes it to one of your summer parties!
