JUSTINE DOIRON is the founder, recipe developer and food stylist behind the viral social media accounts @Justine_Snacks, with a presence across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. Previously hailing from a background in publicity and entertainment, Justine’s passion for food first started at Cornell’s School of Hospitality, where she obtained an overarching education in hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage. She then began her career in hospitality publicity, later working for companies such as ABC News and Discovery Networks. In 2020 Justine began posting her own personal recipes online, and the rest is history!
Justine is known for her focus on plant-forward cooking, as well as her unique take on seasonal and simple ingredients. She has established herself as a resource for creative, inventive, yet approachable cooking, sharing recipes that are accessible enough for the average home cook, but still bring something unique and special to each meal.
With her skillful abilities to curate experience and connection through hospitality and food, Justine is dedicated to bringing people together through cooking, communication and personal creativity in the kitchen. Her TikTok currently stands at over 1.8 million followers, all of whom have come to know Justine through her personal storytelling, messaging and teachings. She is often (and lovingly!) referred to as “Mother Snack,” and continues to encourage her audience to see her as just that – a chosen family member, who always brings food to the party.
Featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, PopSugar, Well+Good, and Buzzfeed, among many others, Justine’s recipes have spanned more than just the typical approach to food blogging. Her vulnerability and storytelling through her recipes inspires authenticity, deeper connections, and finding joy right within the walls of your kitchen.
Justine currently resides in Brooklyn with her partner Eric, and their small (and very food driven) french bulldog Walter.
