Cranberry & Radicchio Salad

There’s a lot of discussion around whether or not Thanksgiving calls for a fresh salad, and in my opinion, it’s absolutely needed! This Cranberry & Radicchio Salad is the palette cleanser that everyone needs. The fresh crunch and bitterness of…

Radicchio Salad with Ricotta and Cranberry Dressing

It’s not easy to love a radicchio salad, but that’s just because radicchio is SO misunderstood. It’s bitter, but that’s what makes it amazing. The bitterness allows this vegetable to play off so many other flavors, truly making it one…

Charred Spring Peas & Ricotta Bowl

If you had to ask me my favorite cheese, ricotta would undeniably be it, and I think this ricotta bowl proves that. I’ve lovingly dubbed these “cheese bowls” because I am a FIRM believer that you can eat a pile…

Sourdough English Muffins, a mix it and forget it Sourdough English Muffins, a mix it and forget it kind of dough 😌 This is the recipe you can make at night, let the dough rest, then bake in the morning. It’s simple, but the results are always so good.

The full recipe is on the site and linked:

And if it’s down pouring where you are…I hope this calls to you 🍞

Never let another mushroom go to waste in your fri Never let another mushroom go to waste in your fridge again! PLEASE. FOR ME.

First, you can always make mushroom broth, but second, there’s this Brussels Sprouts & Barley in Sage @icelandicprovisions Skyr Dressing is my wholesome, nutrient-packed, baked salad that I *might* be calling my best recipe of 2023?

And it’s all thanks to @IcelandicProvisions and their powerhouse #skyr (my long-term favorite, as you know!) #sponsored. The mushrooms and brussels sprouts make this recipe full of micronutrients, but the thick & creamy skyr brings the protein and the flavor to balance everything out. I use a whole 5.3 ounce cup of #IcelandicProvisions in the recipe to make it creamy and perfectly dressed. Thank you to them for sponsoring this recipe, but know that I’d be using Icelandic Provisions either way!

The full recipe is on my site, and you can find where to shop Icelandic Provisions in my bio. We’re Team Skyr here ;)

Mother Snacks’ Burnt Sweet Potatoes and Tomatoes Mother Snacks’ Burnt Sweet Potatoes and Tomatoes - my Thanksgiving obsession, adapted from Mason Hereford’s recipe in the @turkeyandthewolf cookbook (which you should buy! And visit!)

His recipe is called Mom’s Burnt Tomatoes, and uses savory fried tomatoes that melt down together until they are lava hot. I followed suit in the belief that Burnt Tomatoes should be made by moms only, and the sweeter, sweet-potato version came next!

If the browning on top scares you, let me try to convince you otherwise. It’s a nearly crisped sugar top that you will break into at a nearly obsessive pace. Mini marshmallows (while great) could never.

I can’t get enough of this recipe, it’s one of the few sloppy casseroles I believe in, and it’s now earned a place on my Thanksgiving table. Although if you want to make it on any near-frigid day, it’s perfect for that, too.

The recipe is on the blog if you ever want it!

Cranberry sauce salad! For a world where cranberry Cranberry sauce salad! For a world where cranberry sauce *might* (ahem, MIGHT) be left behind.

And I just always need a bright, crisp, cool salad to break up a big meal. This is part 3 of my Thanksgiving videos this year, and I’d argue my most important??

My rule is the simpler the salad, the better. Keep the veg in big beautiful wedges for the most gorgeous finger salad on the table (and yes, I’m team eat-salad-with-fingers), and finish with pomegranate wedges and goat cheese.

The full recipe is on the blog, for cranberry sauce lovers and skeptics combined ofc! 😉

Four Cheese Mac w Fried Garlic Sage Breadcrumbs th Four Cheese Mac w Fried Garlic Sage Breadcrumbs that *cannot* be called Nutmeg Mac n’ Cheese for SEO purposes and believe me I am salty about it !!

But this is my redemption macaroni and cheese, part 2 of my Thanksgiving posts this year, and it will deliver on both creamy and stringy and classy every. Single. Time.

Full recipe is on the blog and linked in bio! Y’know, if cheese is your thing 😌
